60-Hour Broker Post-License Internet Based Course
 

Course requirements consists of two separate courses; A Management Course and an Investment Course consisting of 30-Hours for each course (total of 60-Hours). Both courses must be taken before the first renewal period, failure to do so will result in your license becoming null and void.

Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC) requires that all active and inactive brokers complete 60 hours of Post-License Education prior to their first license renewal. Completion of the 30 hour management and 30 hour investment courses meet the total 60 hour requirement.

Important Information Concerning This Course

You Need to know the following Information

1. This Internet based course does not require additional textbook support or any additional course material. However, you may order supplemental study material by visiting our On-Line Bookstore or by calling the school at (813) 679-9663.
2. The Internet  version of the Broker Post License Course requires the student to spend the required number of hours taking the course. A grade of 70% is necessary for passing the course.
3. If you fail the end-of-course exam. Please call the school for procedures for taking a second exam.
4. You can work through the course at your convenience. The course is valid for one year from the time of purchase. Students must wait 30 days before taking second exam.
5. This course is NOT designed to be printed for security purposes and copyright regulations. You may purchase the textbook for the course at our Bookstore.
6. Every student must agree to the following affidavit: "I certify that I personally completed all assignments and have not duplicated any portion of the end-of-course examination.” This certification affidavit is incorporated into the course under "Instructions for the Final Exam.” The student must select "yes" and click "enter" to take the final exam.
7. When completing the Course on the Internet, the student will save and send the final results via an Internet Connection to the Dearborn REcampus servers.
8. Upon completing the course, Dearborn REcampus will notify Edward Gato Real Estate School of student's final grade report. Please Call the school and let us know that you have successfully completed the course. The staff at Edward Gato reviews this report daily, Monday through Friday, and mails the completion certificates to those students who have successfully received a passing grade. Please allow three to four business days to receive your completion certificate.
